W&W AG is committed to constantly improving its customer-centricity. The organization worked with Pega to develop a more responsive, customer-focused sales and advertising campaign. Beginning with the replacement of a legacy sales system, the Pega engagement quickly included the transformation of the entire IT system. This digital transformation - across all customer related processes, included processes used by the internal and external sales force. This session will explore how Pega and W&W AG created multiple agent and user portals, and streamlined processes to deliver a family of new offer-order-processes for both end-customers and agents.
