The Healthcare climate is more complex than ever. Whether driven by Health reform, retail market, cost-conscious employers, or plan operations, the result is clear: plans face a critical time to develop and deploy new products. Challenges of product development have many sources, including siloed departments and legacy systems with no systematic way to confirm that the product being designed is that product that will be administered.
