Incessant's client, the largest Australian investment banker and diversified financial services group, decided to go ahead with Pega 7 upgrade. The rationale was to improve digital capabilities and enrich customer experience on omni-channels. Also, the client aimed to build new applications and enhance functionalities along with the upgrade which involved lot of customizations & coding effort. Incessant was approached to lead the project post consideration of other major Pega technology players in the APAC region.
