Customer Engagement Summit Amsterdam 2017: Transavia

Tanny Teijema, VP Operational Development and Wieke Vrielink, Head of Customer Services, demonstrated in a co-presentation at Pega’s Customer Engagement Summit in Amsterdam how Transavia is on a journey with Pega ‘to make low cost feel good!’ They explained that one of the major reasons they chose Pega is that their journey requires more than just CRM. It needs to connect the business processes too, integrating their customer, flight and employee journey into one digital eco-system.
