CPM: Implementing Your Solution 6.2

This course is a must for any System Architect who will be designing and implementing Customer Process Manager™ (CPM). Learn key features and how best to deploy and extend CPM to meet your business objectives. Students get hands-on experience configuring CPM interactions and service processes and learn best practices for implementing features such as dialog management, campaigns, quality reviews, and knowledge management. Students also learn how CPM integrates with legacy systems for customer data and how CPM works with Pega channel technologies, such as PegaCALL and PegaCHAT.
