Students gain hands-on experience and learn best practices for creating the class structure for a customerservice application built upon the CPM framework. They learn how to create interface classes and se data sources to access data from external systems within CPM. Students will also dig deeper into the steps required to manually create a CPM service process and learn how to configure and use email in a customer service application.
