Executing upon their Vision 2016 program which focuses on serving their customers in the best way possible, Rabobank decided to dismantle and redesign their Commercial Loans Sales and Servicing system. The goal: to turn it into the agile, cross-channel solution they needed to deliver on their promise to be close to their customers. Apart from strong governance, this initiative required state-of-the art technology and Rabobank chose Pega as its strategic partner.
